His sudden passing away to eternity was a great and painful loss to those happens to know Ezemmuo well.
Ezenmo life on earth is very iconic. He chose an unusual path to journey of life which touched all human around him, A loving laughing man.
His addict to nature is strange and mysterious, always living close to water and nature. Nature was his habitat.
Ezenmo’s brain is full of ideas. He single headedly organized the first Lagos BOAT REGATTA an exhibition of cultural display of communities living along banks. Lagosians will not forget it. From there on NMO pushed his career in African culture and tourism which later gave birth to the most popular slogan EKO ONIIBAJE. Use YAM as symbol of reaching out to DISTRESS Communities in the creek. Lagos state was pleased when they noticed that it is Igbo man from Anambra state is chief mediator every peace table among the ILAJES, IJAWS, YOURUBA, MALIANS ETC that settles in IBEJU LAKE 1/2

It is on record that in the next 2/3 years a head Ekoonibaje would have scaled the last stage of approval from UNICEF. Assuming he was able to reach that approval stage EKOONIBAJE NEW YAM FESTIVAL would joined AFRICA HERITAGE PLATFORM and this would have brought massive wealth to EZENMO but Odogwu Ezenmo is gone. What a dream.
